With the arrival of Spring we get running waters, warming temperatures, and the ground starting to open with new life. Plants pushing up through and getting into a new growth season with fresh stems, leaves, and blossoms. We can feel into this season too. Bringing hope. Welcoming the wisdom of the seasons that have come before. And allowing the creation of ourselves as we feel life in its phase of re-birth all around and within us.
Coming up through the soil is a great reminder that we are often coming up through challenging phases of life. We balance light and dark all the time, through the day & night hours but also within ourselves in how we approach choices and reactions. Together, let’s dive into the energies of the season and of how we can celebrate the blossoming of ourselves within it.
